My '63 evinrude 75hp is having trouble running and fouling the plugs on cylinders 3 and 4, the bottom two.<br /><br />I checked and it IS getting spark. cyl 3 is bone dry and black, cyl 4 is wet and black. Any ideas on what to check? Why would this problem show up on the bottom two cylinders of opposite banks? <br /><br />Compression is even on all four cylinders @ 90psi.
