Excess Hydraulic Hose

Per some of you guys recommendation, I am going to be installing the Sea Star Hydraulic Steering system on my boat. The question I have is with the excess hydraulic hose, is it OK to coil the excess up down in the hull? I don't think this hose will kink but don't know if coiling it up in a nice round coil will affect it in anyway. Thanks again for the help!

Long as it is'nt kinked, no problem..
