Exhaust Bellows

I'm looking to replace my lower exhaust bellows on my manifolds,I have a 1990 4.3 with an alpha 1 the problem is that they look like 3 inch but they also look like you can use a 4 inch on there as well. these would be the ones that are egg shaped off of the bottom elbows,is there a proper way of measuring so i get the correct ones or does anyone know the correct part number?

2 flavors, Original and Extra ribbed and only 1 size.
Bellows or Boot style #19 this link shows both types

Wrong picture, come off of the water manifolds, then there is a 4" bellows then there is an elbow then there is the one I need that connects to the Y pipe. they are ob-longed
