Exhaust Manifold Torque Specs 302 Ford

I have found several torque spec requirement sheets but nothing on exhaust bolt torque. I have an OSCO manifold on a 302 Ford engine. Anyone know the torque requirements?

Use some never seize on those nuts and bolts. You will be changing them out down the road.

I found it to make my life easier, to remove the bolts and install studs. I can remove and install my mani's all by my self.

Also with the fords, once you catch all the threads hold the mani up as high as you can, as you tighten them. I have a tough time getting to my plugs with a socket, if I forget to do this.

All the above and definately get them all started first, then snug them up evenly from the center out.
