Folks,<br /><br />I have been idle for the winter and am in the process of putting back together my 82 Johnson 140, Model J140TXCN.<br /><br />This all started as an effort to replace the thermostats, I took it to a friend who was a mechanic and we finally were able to get things taken apart (without breaking anything aside for a couple of bolts).<br /><br />The motor had been in salt water an most everything was "stuck" shut, I posted earlier about the heads.<br /><br />Anyway, my question is, I need to replace the heads and it looks like the exhaust tube and a couple of other components, salt water has eaten them away, does anyone know of a good website for ordering parts like the ones I have mentioned. All of the sites I have been to (yes the iBoats mega mall) do not list heads and mid section components.<br /><br />Any and all help is greatly appreciated.<br /><br />Safe boating to all.<br /><br />Cheers.<br /><br />emp.
