Experiencing cracks in transom on my Regal

Have a 2006 Regal 2000 with 60 hours on it. It has developed cracks in transom. Does anyone know if there are bulletins out for this. Is this a design flaw.

I have a 2008 2000. Where are the cracks on the transom? Are they just superficial? You should still be in the warranty period for the hull. I would contact Regal directly and speak to your area customer service rep. I have found the factory easy to deal with.
