The boat is a 1997 4.3L GL carburator I/O volvo penta engine.
I believe the fuel is foul and I need to siphon the gas out.
Problem is neither a hand drill pump or simple hand held ball siphon
will do the trick. Maybe I should access the fuel tank through
the deck of the boat. I've never did this so I don't know what to expect
and Clymer's manual doesn't address this. Can anyone educate me on
what to expect and what to do?
