F40 FBTL Carbs leaking / Running rough ?

Hi,

Maybe you guys can help. My f40 FBTL is running rough since yesterday. I removed the hood, and checked the motor, it seems that the lower two carbs are leaking fuel big time. If i pinch the fuel line the problem goes away , like running smooth and no fuel leak.

What should this point to / what should I do ?

trash in the needle and seat keeping them from sealing off when carb bowls are full.
Disassemble and clean
