The wife would like to make another trip to the upper bay area when the trees are at there peak color. Any idea when that usually happens?

I live around havre de grace, md. And maybe 20 % of the leaves have started to fall around my house. But none have started to change colors yet. In a few weeks the leaves in the norhen bay should start to turn. Some species of trees turn first. If we get another cold snap, that will trigger it.
