Fast idle screw moving with vibration

62 Johnson....10hp, QDL23

I've got this motor running great....except the fast idle screw is moving around due to vibration. I've also noticed some fuel leaking down the fast idle screw shaft.

I've not pulled it apart, so I'm guessing there's an o-ring in there that is worn out?

Actually there is packing material in there, plus a jam nut.

be sure to tighten down the brass nut/collar that the needle passes through too, once you've got her all put back together.

Tightening the collar nut resolved the leak and looseness. Thanks guys!
