The prop attaches to the motor.----But the prop " fits the boat " so to speak.-------So what boat do you have and what do you do with this boat ?????

A $600 SS Mercury Enertia will increase your speed by 0.5 mph and efficiency by 1.0%.

The other option is to replace the motor with a 75 HP 4-stroke, and then put on the $600 prop.

Didn’t know the wonderful enertia was available for those wee gearbox sizes. Great news, if so. Here in the uk, they are hens teeth to get a hold of. Simply don’t exist on the used market and ordered in, they cost about £700ish sterling at least. That’s for the big gearcase. Great props. Tempest plus, runs a close second, for me…I’ll add. Not sure they are available for smaller engines though. If they are. Also great news.
