J150GLEI rebuilt carbs did linc and sync found gas leak at fuel filter on motor replace gasket still bogging ontake-off after sitting for a while sounds like either too much fuel or not enough.does it usually 3 times then will take gas and run great till the next time I want to move what do I check next could a bad coil do this???or is it fuel I have to look for.New water separator and gas line fresh fuel How about vapor recovery system someone mentioned this but how do I check also has a bad case of traileritis if you know what I mean....HELP
