I have a 1991 Fastrike J150GLEIS -G02956027 the last 2 times I had her out it seems like she doesn't want to take the gas slowly if I slam the throttle no problem but if I try to just give it easy or putting her on the trailer and trying to power load it stumbles then roars to life could it be the water separator , just put plugs about a month ago or is it time to have the carbs done or bring it in to have her checked???
