few problems with new four winns

I just bought a boat from a friend and there is a couple of problems with it.It is a 1999 190 horizon and the trim and speedo guage isnt working,not a big deal but I would like to fix it and the other is that when I turn the boat off it keeps chugging and will not die for a few seconds(sounds horrible)and last but not least it takes forever to warm up if I gun it I get a warning signal from the oil sensor flashing and beeping?All this with new oil and impellor. Please help anyone

Trim guage: Check sending unit on outdrive and trace continuity to guage on dash. It might need adjusting.<br />Speedometer: Probably the tube is broken or disconnected, or the pickup is not lowered. Check the pickup at the back, bottom of the boat. There is a tube coming off of it that runs to the guage on the dash.<br /><br />And you will need a manual.

As for the running on when you shut it off. Are you using premium fuel. When I run 87 octane mine does that. As soon as I jump to 93 it never does. Try it.
