Hello,
I replaced the floor and transom in my OB 1971 15' tri hull crestliner, and in order to do so I had to cut the splash well out. The top cap and bottom would not seperate, they were stapled together.
I would like to cover up the cut marks on each side of the cap with something. I was thinking carpet or diamond plate. I tried fiber glass and it doesn't look good at all, and made a mess, so a cover up is what I am thinking.
Structural it is sound and reinforced from the bottom.
any suggestions?
