fiberglass question

My boat has alot of oxidation and is faded. I want to know what will be the best and easiest way to make it shine again. Like what i should on it and what is the best stuff to clean the scum off the bottom.

"best and easiest way..." are 2 different things.

Most effective hull cleaner I've found yet is a white powder called Slimey-Grimey. Mix a tablespoon with a gal of warm water, spray on, very light brushing and rinse. Just like new.
