Fiberglass Resin Or Gel

Hello,<br /><br />I have a bunch of hairline cracks on the rail of my boat and was wondering of fiberglass Gel would work instead of regular resin.

I can't feature you'll be Happy with the results of Either of those............<br /><br />Grinding them Open abit,+ Filling with an Epoxy based Fairing Compound is the Best Way.....<br /><br />You could try Fairing them out with Poly based compounds.................<br /><br />Either Way, It's a Crap Shoot as to wether they Come Back................<br /><br />BTW, Welcome to the iboats forums.............<br /><br />Much has been written about Your Issue............<br />Look to the Top of this Page,...
