you guys have prolly answered this alot. but when im cutting the fibergass how bad is it for me to breath in the fumes.. not laying it in but i gotta cut the fiberglass to get the deck out

It's always best to use the best protection possible. The rest of the story is, while it's not good for you, even with minimal protection you'll be fine.

Use a good dust mask, even a "good" paper one will work, just make sure it fits well.

ive been doing pretty good lately lol.. i have add so i just do stuff and dont think much.. i have no idea why i put it in this part sorry.. i must of thougt i was still in the general topics..
im just going to stop talking for a while lol.. sorry again..

.. just wanted to make sure it was really bad to get all the white dust in me

cutting isnt bad zac.....

as said above.....a paper filter will do...

BUT....when glassing...your face is pressed against a stringer and your workin your butt off to get out one baby air bubble....

your breathin hard.......passing out isnt fun....why take chances....

scroll down the hull extension thread for a pic of the minimum safety items on grinding or glassing.........


stoned on fumes isnt good for the BBRANE SELLS either

hahha. yeh ive seen some pictures of people doing it and they look like their part of the bomb squad or handling anthrax.. ill but sure to be careful witht that
