Ficht 175 hp

When flushing the engine I notice water coming from an usual place & also grease coming from an area at the top of the shift shaft, see photo.

These are 2000 Ficht 175hp

Does anyone have any ideas.

All help is appreciated.

Pull the hood off when running it on the muffs and look for any water leaks around the p/h and ect.
