Ficht injector cleaning at home

OK, so I have sent one injector out the be repaired and servived/cleaned is there anything I can do at home to clean/maintain the rest of the ficht ram injectors? I know that I can't take them apart and do a full cleaning but can I run fuel injector cleaner through them, soak the tips etc... anything I can do to just do some sort of cleaning?

No not really as soaking removes surface crud... the pintle need to be withdrawn and high pressure cleaner circulated around it.

Ficht injector is not even made close or operates like a automotive injector. Here is how it works....

Excellent video but fundamentally the same concept as any injector. ...a magnet activated valve which releases pressurized fuel into a cavity.
that said I did not wish to start a great debate but simply answer Jedimaster on his request to try and save some $$ by doing his own injector cleaning .

​I hope both videos will help him decide what he wants to do or attempt, based on his acquired knowledge, mechanical abilities and risk taking threshold.

Except for any internal mechanical malfunction or electrical (open coil) issues.. I know I would try a home solution having had to pull the clogged injectors.

Still not a DIY at home project...how ya going to get yer 40V to fire injector and the fuel return?????? Seen your old Telco so you know what 1A2 and Terryphone are..ex ITT myself.

40 volts can be had and me I would just plug the OUT fuel pressurize the IN fuel with carb cleaner and fire away ..its up to him. Im out I rmc
