Diagnostic Kit;
This program works on all Ficht equipped V4 and V6 outboards model year 2002 and older. It may work on some 2003 models (not test yet).
The Ficht Diagnostic Software will operate on any laptop or desktop computer running a Microsoft (windows) based operating system.
The kit includes the Ficht software 3.5" diskette AND on CD. The user manual and the cable connecting the computer to the motor. The cable connects to the computer through a D-sub 9 pin connector (10 feet long). This kit is a must for working on Ficht equipped outboards.
This program aids the user in solving service problems. This software allows a user to:
Actuate individual fuel injectors
check spark on individual cylinders
test oil injector operation run the electric fuel circulation pump
perform cylinder drop tests
display real-time sensor values and system voltages
display switch conditions and engine performance parameters
verify engine and computer timing
retrieve and clear stored service codes
display accumulated engine hours
display recorded engine hours within six operational RPM ranges
initiate a replacement powerhead oil break in program
print and save service repoert
install service replacement ECU/EMM
