Fifth Wheel Help

I have a 35ft Terry Fifth Wheel with two slideouts. The bedroom slideout will only go out about four inches then clunks. Has anybody experienced this problem and how can I fix it myself? Any help would be appreciated.

Pick up the bed and look and see if a wood support for the bed has broken and stopping the slide from opening or closing. Happened to me!

Thanks for your reply falcon. Where would the wood support be? The slide seems to be dragging on the carpet.
