Filling large and small holes

I need to fill in old motor mount holes in the transom and 2 large cutout holes on both sides of the gunwale..... where rod holders were.

The rod holder holes are 2.5" in diameter by 1.5" deep.

What is the acceptable method to fill, and with what brand name product?

Ayuh,... The transom holes can be filled with dupont 5200, or resin,+ fillers...
The gunnel holes will need to be glassed over with resin,+ cloth...
