filter hook up /in out

Does it make any difference on the external fuel cannister/ seperator if your line goes in and out on the same side(my top has 4 connections+side plug-each side has in /out),or is it best to go 1 side in-(arrow) and the other side out-(arrow)?<br />And does the filter size matter ,I saw one bigger than another?

I always install as large as possible, and replacement is annaul maintance

laker925, don't believe anyone that tells you size doesn't matter I think most will agree that bigger is better . More surface area to trap the dirt. Hey, what did you think I was talking about ?
