I've been looking for the last 4 months for towing vechile and something with room. Didn't want new. (don't want or need a truck payment) esp since the vechile will basically only be used to tow the boat.After visiting looking at 15 or so in 3 different states finally found a 1997 chevy 2500 series suburban fully loaded with only 145000 miles on it.5.7 liter vortec engine with the 4l80E trans. Bib block would've been nice but all the ones i saw were high milage and heavily used. She pulled the boat nicely (power wise) to the lake. She gets a little sway at 40 mph. I'm going to try reposition the boat on the trailer and if that doesn't help i'm going to get one of those weight distribution hitches that work with surge brakes.
