finally had her out for the first time

So this morning I had my new boat out..its. Proline 19 sport, with a 2005 115 hp merc 4 cycl, 2. Stroke.

I was wondering how to adjust my idle down a bit? On the muffs it was idling around 1450, is the water I found in neutal it was 1100 and in gear, just below 1000...

I see the idle screw on the big lever , do I adjust with that? Or do I need a whole linc and sync??
