Finally... made a purchase

Well.... the wife and I have been looking at boats for almost a year.
we didnt want to spend too much on the first boat.

we found a 2008 Deck Boat 215. what's more amazing the boat motor had 30 hours on it according to computer. upgraded engine and 4 blade stainless steel prop
( I just realized it was on the classified section)

we took it out the first day after i made it back home with it for about an hour and half. ( found it out of state...great place and people)

i cant wait for a good weekend to get out there all day to play. ( 5 year old twins girls) they think they are big time now.

anyway, wanted to say - Hello! hope to learn a few things from this group. i'm sure i'll have questions come up that i will need help with. :thumb: :tea:

quick question, what size coolers are y'all finding that fits the best under the seat?
36qt igloo marine cooler?

cant wait to take the kids out fishing this weekend

I think my kids have named the boat "Sweet Tea"
