Planning a full restoration. You know the deck, the stringers, and maybe the transom if it needs it. Not sure if the motor runs, I was told it does, but since my kids will be on the boat with me someday and I don't want to be stranded in the middle of a lake, I am going to do a complete rebuild. That rot is toward the back of the boat in a little step type thing that runs along the inside of the boat.
