Find a new primer

I have a bad primer. It is shorted between the leads. I tried to find a new one and it looks like the part number is 0582865 or 0397909, but I can't find anywhere to buy one. Does anyone have a new part number for this? Also this is a 1985 Johnson 70 3 cyl
