Finding a 40 hp stator

1996 40 hp 4cyl mercury serial #OG292045

Looking for the stator. Every where I look, the serial numbers for 1991-1996 40 hp 4cyls, end at OG 291031
Mine begins with OG292045. This one falls into the "red stator kit" fiasco, correct? Where do I find one? If looked here but no luck. Thanks.

CDI stator number is 174-9710K1 thats the 16 amp stator for a cast flywheel. Just for kicks heres the Mercury Service Bulleton and thier junk.

Thanks Laddies. My stator is stamped 398-9710A33, do I still order the one you listed? I only ask because looking at CDI's replacements, it didn't list that particular one. Also, is that part just the stator or is it simalar to the kit Mercury sells? You seem to like the CDI parts . I assume they are as good or better than OEM.
