Finding part numbers based on serial number of outboard engine?

I've got a 1992 Mercury 3-cylinder 60HP twin-carby outboard. I've got the serial number for it, and am wondering is there a database or anything where I can use this serial number to be able to find the part numbers for the ignition coils and trim/tilt motor?

You can go to mercurypartsexpress.com, crowleymarine.com or ishopmarine.com, and use your model and serial number to search for engine parts.
