Finding Plastic Water Guide Tubes

I have been working on replacing the impeller on my outboard and noticed the plastic water guide tubes that align the impeller housing to the copper tubes were in pretty bad shape. I wanted to find a replacement, but have had no luck. The OEM part number is #0314765. Any thoughts on how to find this part or maybe a possible fix from the hardware store?

Are they so bad that they won't do the job? Once the gearcase is installed, the guides do nothing.

The way this motor has acted in the past, getting a recently used shotgun shell would not have been that hard. Of course, then I would probably be posting a question about how to fix a shotgun hole in the motor.:facepalm:
