finding the age of engine

just got a mercury thunderbolt 20hp a cord start the only serial no i can find on the engine bracket is /159502 or its7159502.would like to know the year and manual for it to order parts if wanted thx

Looks like an 1980-81 canadian model. This is as close as I could get with the # you gave.
