I am new to the forum. I would like to know if my Firestone would be better left unrestored or restored. I would like to rebuild it. I do not know a lot about these motors. Please give me any information you can. What year Is this motor? Where can I buy parts? Where is the best reference to a checklist on a rebuild? Thank you.

yours is a 1953 made by Scott Atwater. 5hp and I didnt have any problems finding parts. Its not paint code specific but it looks good.
