first boat, first post! no ID plate, what can you tell me about it? : )

as the title says, this is my first boat and first post on iboats. i've been looking and looking through the forums here and it seems like a great community.

purchased the aluminum starcraft, titled as a 15' 1968. from what i can tell it looks like a jet star with a evinrude 33 ski twin. what do you think?

fyi, also been looking over the the resto-posts. plan on stripping it and going ground up (gluvit, foam, deck, etc.)

Welcome!! Yah, I am with 86 here, looks like a Jet Star to me. You can click on the link in my signature to see what I am up to on mine. She sure won't look the same when I am done.

What part of the country are you in?
