first boat

hey everyone,

i just got my first bass boat and i ran it the other day. i noticed that upon start up theres a little smoke coming out of the motor. once it gets going it disappears but will always come back upon start up. its a 65hp premix johnson and tops out at 35 mph, does this sound about right for my motor?

Welcome to the forum. 2 strokes usually smoke upon startup and it goes away after a little bit.
