Got a question. So I put new elbows and manifolds and raw water pump on my boat. Did this over the winter. Fired her up today and it took quite awhile for it to start pushing water out the exhaust. Finally did but I had to shut down once cause I was afraid something was wrong. Finally started getting a good flow out of exhaust and motor is running cool. I just hope I didn't burn out my new water shutters. Never seemed to have that problem before where it took so long to get water seems to be a good flow. The block and manifolds were all dry. Is this normal. Any pointers on this.
