picked up this starcraft noticed it leans on the trailer got the motor running good so my daughter and i took it to the lake today and it ran great other then dieing one time. Boat was in ok shape when i got it some not so good looking fiberglass patches but $300. So tonight i decided it was time to cut into the floor and see whats there and sure enough rotted wood under the carpet and fiberglass guess i know why it leaned on the trailer. So i started tearing it out now my oops was cutting the fiberglass with a grinder and cut off wheel trying to find the end of the wood and went through the side not massive slice but will have to be fixed how do i fix this. Also posted some pics of the start of tearing it down. The seat was the hardest part to get apart so far think the guy built it in the boat not a fun time.
