Well finally got the boat in the water. After all the work over the winter and spring I am happy to report that everything went perfect. Motor started right up (after I remembered the kill switch  ) and ran smooth as a sowing machine. Here's what was done. Replaced water pump and driveshaft seals, rebuilt fuel pump and carbs, replaced fuel and oil lines, new fuel filter, installed missing overheat switch, pulled powerhead and installed missing exhaust tube and seals, replaced upper motor mounts, added tach, new plugs and new oil level sensor. Now I'm all ready for the season. Thank you to everyone for all your information, recomendations and ideas. I have learned a tremendous amount and couldn't have done it without this forum. I-boats rocks !!!
