i bought a 15 hp. force(1989). the plugs keep floodind. i put in new float and needle. it starts a little,(sometimes),but gas comes out front of carb when priming, and plugs constantly get soaked. this motor was used 2 weeks in 1989,then stored till last year.when the original owner tried to start it, it would'nt run. after they tried a few off the wall garages,mower-repair-shops,etc. they gave up. i dont know what they did to it,(adjusted timing?) (point-gap?) it's a shame,because it look's beautiful,like new. has bright spark and 125psi. thank's for reading guy's.
