Moments ago I just purchased a 1997 Regal 2100 LSR, with the 5.7L Volvo Penta. I had the boat out for a water test, checked flooring, compression (150+ across the board), steering and throttle cables, etc. Everything came back perfect, and I accepted delivery.

While take a few pictures to send off for some minor upholstery repair, I noticed that the flooring was ever so slightly soft over the ski locker. It has been especially rainy here in Orlando, and while the boat has been in dry storage most of its life, there has been some recent rain exposure, and the snap covering isn't in 100% shape.
Basically, should some deflection be standard directly over the ski locker? There is perhaps some additional soft spots over the fuel tank, but the flooring is currently wet, so perhaps it is just mooshy soaked carpet?
I weight 225Lbs., so I'd imagine I can put enough weight on some things to have them move a touch.
Any surefire ways to detect this? I can post pictures or video if someone would like to actually see it, although there isn't anything to 'see'.
