Fish attractant stains - removing?

Does anyone know how to get Dr. Juices fish scent off vinyl covered deck? I have a Lund that came with the vinyl deck and I've tried different household cleaners and pressure washing at high pressure and the goop just wont come out of the little crevises in the vinyl. There is also a small amount of carpet that it dripped down that is all gooped up as well.
