on a transducer can the wires be splice back together some how mine got cut
thanks for the help

You can splice them just like you would any other wire. HOWEVER, if there is a metallic foil or braided shielding around both wires, you will need to make the splices in a manner that allows you to add more foil or braid so contact is made with the shield on both ends of the splice. The individual splices and and the entire repair should be sealed with heat shrink tubing.

Use adhesive lined heat shrink tubing. Anchor has never failed me, it is also $$ but worth the piece of mind.

not sur if i can fix it the transducers face is mess up to thinking a prop might have hit it , not sure but about a foot of the wire is missing thanks for the help
