Wright, good name.:D

I have had my best luck in the back waters on seminole.
The cut backs off the main water.
It does get skinny sometimes at the entrance to these places, but raise the motor as far as you can and sneak back in there.
It will open back up to some good clear water and then you just use the TM to ease along. In places you will/can see the bass.
I'm trying to think od the place I stayed at.
I will see if I can find it and let you know.
Quite little camp with some rooms.

Here it is.
Spring Creek Park Resort.
Just google it. Nice little quite place in Ga.
Has camping spots, and have added since I was there, a mini lodge, and different rooms to rent plus a couple eating places.

Hey Spinnerbait,

Cool last name as well!!! My dad and I have been putting in at Hales Landing on the river and going down stream. The only fish that we (wait, I mean ME) have caught was 1 LARGE speckle perch (in the river channel down steam of the state park) and a small bass right at the landing. Seminole is way too far for us to drive just to grill some hot dogs and go for a boat ride....

We used live shiners and threw them up in the weeds.
That is off the river in the back water if you want to call it that.
If you can get thru some of the cuts, there is good fishing to be had.
