I have come down to the outer banks all my life, but this year is the first time bringing my boat for fishing. we are staying on a canal around MP13. Anyone know what i should be fishing for out in the sound and how far i should go out??? I will be taking my father-in-law so i dont want to look like a dumb a**, i fish alot in freshwater for big cats, but kinda new to fishing here. I have fished deep water and surf but the sound is new to me. I have a 23ft proline, so i dont know how big of water i can handle. Thanks for any help.
