Fitch Stalls

I have a 90 HP Fitch 2000 and it stalls. No matter at what speed or RPM. I have no problem re-starting it and it can go for hours again. Sometimes, it stalls 4 times within one hour. Ti seems to be that the fire cuts off.

I also have a 90 HP Evinrude Fitch, but it is a 1999 model. It seems that after I've run it at higher speeds for a while and then go to idle around, like at a marina, it will "beep" and cut off. The idle at this time is rough and you have to be quick with the throttle after going in gear or it will cut off again. Does yours do this too?

It stalls at low speed but also at high speed. I find that it does it most often when I decrease speed and never when I increase speed. I had it checked by a 3 techniciens but no luck. It seems that very few are qualified around Montreal Canada to work on those engines.
