i have noticed that many different companys offer arrestor accsesorys and fiter upgrades like k&n filters i was thinking on getting one has anyone heard what difference it makes if any.
K&N makes high performance CG approved flame arrestors which are highly recommended by Moore in his book, "Small block Chevy Marine Performace." In fact, it is the only product he will mention by name. One reason I was going to consider the K&N was because of the improved filtration. I was amazed at how much crap was in my flame arrestor when I cleaned it. I don't think the stock FA filters that well.
