Flo Torq Hub kit questions

I bought my first new prop.Mercury Black Max came with Flo Torq II hub kit.
I'm a little confused on the nylon sleeve. I cant tell from the drawing which end goes in first. The second thing is it will not go in easy either way. Is it normal to have to use a rubber mallet to drive into the prop?
Any help?

Ayuh,......

The 1s I've messed with, really only go together 1 way,+ Yes, they are alittle Snug fitting....

The narrow end of sleeve goes into prop first....flo-torqII hub may stop short but will pull in when you snug it down. Use the thrust washer that comes in the kit.
