Floatation foam and rubber bump strip questions

Well i poped the top,,,tore out everything transom /stringers /floor,,what a job but went well,,,knock on wood,,,,didnt care for the pitot tube going through the transom much ,,,

,sooooo question i have is there any place to buy semi affordable flotation foam the put between the stringer under the floor?

And after that ,,,the rubber bump strip that seals the bottom and top ,,whats the best way to get the rubber back get the aluminum frame,,,seemed like a really tight fit

Home depot or lowes get the 2" thick pink or blue foam which is the cheapest........ and the rubber strip is slid in and fed all around....not easy but a pain
