flooding

I have a 1988 4.3 mercrusier that when I turn it off the gas keeps going in the carb.
I have cleaned the carb, checked the float and needle seat.
Is there anything else that could cause this?
The carb # is 3304-9565A1

Replace the needle and seat. Check the float for fuel intrusion and set properly.
